Simply visit our website, choose your test, select add-ons,, and follow the checkout process.

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, ApplePay, and other secure payment methods. 

 

Can I track my order after purchasing a test? 

Yes, tracking details will be provided via email once your kit is shipped. 

 

What should I do if I didn’t receive my test kit? 

Contact our support team for assistance with reshipping your kit.

 

What is your refund or cancellation policy? 

Refunds are available if the kit is unused and returned within 14 days.
