How long does it take to receive my results? 

Results are typically ready within 2 weeks after the sample reaches our lab. 

 

How will I receive my results? 

Results will be delivered via the SZA Longevity App. Upon ordering a kit, you will be required to register and download the app to access your results. You will receive an email notification informing you that your test results are ready within the app.  

 

Can I share my results with my doctor or specialist? 

Yes! Your report is designed to be shared with healthcare professionals for further guidance. 

 

Will I get a consultation with my results? 

If you would like to receive consultation, we offer a 30-minute consultation. 

 

What should I do if I don’t understand my results? 

We offer consultations with health experts to help your interpretation your results and provide personalized recommendations. 

 

Can I retest my microbiome or genetics later to track changes? 

Yes! Retesting your microbiome can help you track progress and see how dietary and lifestyle changes have influenced your gut, skin, vaginal, or oral microbiome over time. Since your microbiome adapts to external factors, periodic testing is beneficial. Genetic testing, however, only needs to be done once, as your DNA remains the same throughout your life. 

 

What if my results indicate a potential health concern? 

Our tests are designed to provide insights, but they are not diagnostic tools. If your results indicate a potential health concern, we strongly recommend consulting a healthcare professionals for further evaluation and personalised medical advice. 

 

Will my results be updated if new research emerges? 

As microbiome and genetic research advances, we continuously improve our reports. You will receive notifications if there are significant updates that could impact your test results or health recommendations. We encourage periodic retesting to incorporate the latest scientific findings into your personalised insights.
