Each kit includes clear instructions. Please follow the instructions in your test kit. 

How do I collect a sample for genetic testing? 

For genetic testing, you will need to provide a saliva sample using the collection kit provided. Please follow the instructions in the kit and ensure you do not eat, drink, chew gum, or brush your teeth 30 minutes before collection for accurate results. 

 

How long does sample collection take? 

It takes only 2 minutes to collect your sample. 

 

What if I make a mistake while collecting my sample? 

Contact our support team for guidance; we may send a replacement kit if needed. 

 

Do I need special storage for my sample before sending it? 

Most samples do not require refrigeration and should be kept at room temperature before mailing them back. Always follow the storage instructions provided in your test kit to ensure sample integrity. 

 

How do I properly package my sample for shipping? 

Each kit comes with prepaid return packaging to ensure safe delivery. Simply place your sealed sample tube inside the provided biohazard bag, then insert it into the return mailer. Follow the included instructions for proper sealing and mailing. 

 

What happens if my sample gets lost in transit? 

If tracking confirms a lost sample, we will send a replacement kit free of charge.
