When should I take it?

Take 3 capsules a day. For digestion, take them with meals. For recovery, take them between meals on an empty stomach.

What does 3,000 GDU mean?

GDU measures how active the enzyme is, not just how much is in the capsule. Many bromelain supplements only list weight. We show both, so you know exactly what you're getting.

Is it safe with medication?

Bromelain may increase the effect of blood thinners and some antibiotics. Avoid it if you're allergic to pineapple. If you take any medication or are pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your GP first.
