Pelargonium sidoides, also known as African geranium or Umckaloabo, is a flowering plant native to South Africa, traditionally used for generations to support the throat and respiratory tract. Today it is one of the most studied botanical extracts in respiratory research, which is why it sits at the heart of our cold-season lozenge. Each daily serving of 4 lozenges gives you 106 mg.

What does the eucalyptus oil do?
Eucalyptus oil is one of the most widely used plant oils for the respiratory tract, valued for generations for helping the airways feel open and clear and for helping to loosen mucus.
