How do I take it?
Take up to 4 lozenges a day. Suitable for ages 11 and over. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Is it suitable for vegans?
No. Propolis is a bee product, so it is not vegan.
Are they sugar and gluten free?
Yes. They are also lactose free and preservative free.
Can I take them with other supplements?
