Phenome Longevity is dedicated to ensuring that all test kits are shipped securely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines the processing, shipping, and delivery expectations for orders placed through our website.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation or paid invoice has been issued, the test kit will be prepared for dispatch. Orders are typically processed within one (1) working day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

All test kits are shipped via tracked mail to ensure secure and reliable delivery. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been dispatched, allowing them to monitor the progress of their shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time

Test kits are expected to be delivered within three (3) working days to most regions within the United Kingdom. A working day refers to any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in the UK.

While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, please note that shipping times are dependent on third-party courier services, such as Royal Mail and DHL, over which we have no direct control. Unforeseen delays due to high demand, weather conditions, or operational disruptions within the courier service may extend delivery times beyond the estimated period.

Delivery Liability

Phenome Longevity is not liable for any financial loss, inconvenience, or delays caused by third-party courier services. Customers are advised to track their shipments using the provided tracking number and contact the courier service directly for inquiries regarding delayed or misplaced parcels.

If a test kit has not been received within seven (7) working days of dispatch, customers should contact our support team for assistance. If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will arrange for a replacement test kit to be sent at no additional cost.

Address Accuracy and Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Phenome Longevity is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer may be required to cover the cost of re-shipment.

International Shipping

At this time, Phenome Longevity ships only within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping. Any updates regarding international shipping availability will be communicated on our website.
